!New Message(s)! is a mixed-media theatre performance about Stoness’s past and ongoing experience with sex work. Placing it in the context of care work, community building and the commodification of intimacy. They ask themself and the audience to interrogate pre-conceptions and investigate their own connections to the topic. They speak candidly with partners, friends, family, other sex workers and explore relationships with clients.

Like sex work itself, this show blends spectacle with intangible human familiarity. Absurd humour twirls alongside earnest moments as we build a profile together, take photos and hear about Stoness’s entry into the industry. The audience cheers their pursuit of an extended butterfly (which hasn't happened since they were 18) on the pole by the end of the show
